This website is operated by Grit & Grace Wellness, referred to here as “we” or “us.” We provide nurse practitioner-led wellness services in Jerseyville, Illinois.

We only collect what you type into the consultation request form on this site. That is:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service you are interested in
• Your preferred time of day to be contacted
• Your confirmation that we may contact you about scheduling

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no advertising tag installed.

Because the service you select can suggest something about your health interests, we treat everything submitted through that form as sensitive and handle it accordingly.

Solely to respond to your request and arrange a consultation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Your submission passes through these service providers:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the request.
• Supabase stores your submission in our database.
• Clerk secures staff sign-in to the internal dashboard. It never receives your information as a visitor.

Only authorized staff can view submissions, and only after signing in with two-factor authentication.

No. A consultation request submitted through this website is an inquiry, not a medical record, and this website is not a patient portal. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, or other medical detail through this form.

We keep consultation requests only as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below.

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@gritandgracewellness.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. Contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.

This site sets only what is strictly necessary to function. Staff sign-in uses a session cookie from Clerk on the private admin area. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and a separate cookie notice added.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
